How prices are set
The final price is set after physical inspection of your frames and review of your prescription slip. The quote covers optical blanks, surfacing, edging labour, bench mounting, and initial adjustments.

Pricing & Payment Terms
We provide transparent, fixed price quotes before cutting any lenses or beginning mechanical repairs. You receive a full quotation based on your written prescription and your choice of frame or lens materials.

Payment methods
We accept cash on handover and direct bank transfer against the issued bill. We do not process or store card details through this website.

Invoicing
We issue a printed workshop receipt upon completion of all jobs. Commercial clients receive a detailed tax invoice sent via email with ten-day payment terms.

Deposits and materials
A deposit of twenty pounds is requested for special-order high-index or branded progressive lens blanks before we order them from the optical laboratory.

Late payment
Work completed on custom-edged prescription lenses must be settled in full once the lenses have been cut to your specific frame dimensions.
