How do I submit my optical prescription?
You can enter your sphere, cylinder, axis, and pupillary distance during booking or send a clear photograph of the paper prescription slip from your optometrist.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer in advance or cash on delivery and collection. We do not process card payments.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused frames in their original packaging. Cut prescription lenses are checked against your submitted values prior to handover.
What is your daily order cut-off time?
Orders confirmed with complete prescription details before 13:30 on business days enter our workshop queue the same afternoon.
